Q. What type of payment is acceptable?
A. Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express are all acceptable forms of payment. Personal checks may take up to 14 business days to process.
Q. What are my ordering options?
A. You can order through the convenience of our secure shopping cart, print out and fax us your completed product order form, or if you prefer, you can call our office on our toll free order line at 1-800-553-OTTO (6886).
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes, we ship internationally! Payment in U.S. funds only. For your convenience your order will be shipped the least expensive way and shipping charges added to your order.
Q. What is your exchange and/or return policy?
A. Exchanges for mechanically defective audio/CD video/DVD
products will be made for the same title only within 30 days of the
purchase date. Video/DVD, audio/CD or books may not be exchanged due
to reason based on content. Books will be exchanged for same title only
if damaged in shipping.
PLEASE NOTE: We must receive the damaged product in our office BEFORE
a replacement product is sent.
Q. What is your shipping policy?
A. Whenever possible we ship within 24 hours of receiving your order. Merchandise will be shipped via US Postal Service. *Custom shipping is available at an additional charge.
