Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange.

Many audio/video selections were recorded at ‘live’ performances. They were recorded as the class was being taught. Therefore, you may occasionally find a glitch in the sound or camera action. However, these do not affect the educational quality of the content. Much of what you will see/hear is impromptu and unrehearsed. We have had great feedback on the natural flow of live class recordings. Participants really feel as if they are experiencing the class ‘as it is happening’.

To be eligible for a return/exchange: Your item must be mechanically defective and may be exchanged for the SAME TITLE ONLY. No product may be returned based on content. Books may be returned only if damaged in shipping. SAME TITLE REPLACEMENT. Additional non-returnable items:

To complete your return/exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You must have prior authorization before a return/exchange can be made. Return/Exchange

Once the product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, within 7 days of receiving.

Late or missing refunds (cancelled orders)

If you haven’t received a refund yet on a cancelled order, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@hypnosisalliance.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to make an exchange (same item), send us an email at info@hypnosisalliance.com and send your item to: 8852 SR 3001, Laceyville, PA, 18623, United States. Prior approval is needed before an exchange can be made.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
