As a hypnotherapist & licensed therapist, I help women & mothers overcome the challenges and adjustments of the motherhood journey. I provide the tools and techniques to help mom through the entire process. From VBAC (Vaginal Birth After Cesarean) Workshops, HypnoBirthing Classes, Prenatal & Postpartum Support Groups, and Private Individual Sessions to experience freedom from birth trauma, anxiety, fears, stress and beyond.
