The exhibit fee includes ONE 6’ draped table with two chairs. (NO extra tables will be provided unless you pay for them.)
Setup MUST be completed between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. on Friday, May 17th, 2024.
All exhibits MUST be broken down and removed by 6 p.m. on Sunday, May 19th, 2024.
Electricity is available to those who need it... Bring Extension Cords! (Requesting items from the hotel will result in you being charged fees accordingly.)
Doors open to the public at 8:00 a.m. on Friday, May 17th. Any exhibit table not set up and occupied by noon on Friday may be canceled/reassigned without a refund.
