According to the American Medical Association, stress is the "number one" proxy killer disease today! "Proxy", because stress is the underlying cause of the presenting illness— leaving the real cause to go unnoticed. This silent killer is responsible for more than 85% of all illness and disease. Physical challenges, heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, cancer, mental illnesses; all mask the true culprit – stress!

Stress also creates mental and emotional health problems and addictions! Anxiety, fear, and frustration caused by stress disrupt your well-being, family life, love life and professional life. The first thing that stress robs from you is the freedom to be happy, creative, efficient, effective and fulfilled.

According to researchers at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, STRESS levels have increased 18% for women and 24% for men from 1983 to 2009.

Researchers at the University of California, Berkeley (2014), have shown that chronic stress generates long-term changes in the brain that may explain why people suffering chronic stress are prone to mental problems such as anxiety and mood disorders later in life.

Every week 95 million Americans suffer some kind of stress-related symptoms for which they take medications. That staggering number makes up almost one-third of the population of the United States, and the need for Stress Management Professionals will continue to increase!

Upon successful completion of this seminar, you will receive Stress-Management Consultant Certification (CSMC) from the International Association of Counselors & Therapists (IACT)!

The importance of our Life is measured by the impact we have on others!

As a Certified Stress Management Consultant (CSMC), you can have a MAJOR impact on others!

The need for Professional Stress Management Consultants (CSMC) has never been greater!
