We’re excited to invite you to volunteer at Hypno Expo 2026 and enjoy three days of full conference access for FREE!
Due to high demand and limited volunteer spots, selection is on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to those who can commit to all three days.
Volunteer Responsibilities May Include:
🔹 Check badges of attendees entering your assigned room.
🔹 Assist with passing out handouts & evaluation forms, and collecting workshop tickets and completed evaluations.
🔹 Document attendance for your assigned room.
🔹 Ensure the door is closed at the start of each lecture.
🔹 Monitor and refill the water station as needed.
🔹 Familiarize yourself with the presentation schedule in your room.
🔹 Help maintain the schedule by settling the crowd and prompting the speaker when to begin and end.
🔹 Assist in preparing the room for the next presentation.
Important Notes:
🔸 Volunteers will receive a briefing from the Volunteer Coordinator Friday morning, prior to event start.
🔸 As a room monitor, volunteers will be assigned to one presentation room for the entire event.
🔸 Volunteers may step out once a presentation begins but must return before it ends.
