IMPORTANT: Certified memberships require that you fax, email, or hard mail a copy of your photo ID, and documentation of a minimum of 220 hours of hypnotherapy training, with at least 150 hrs classroom instruction. Upon validation of your training, all applicants are required to complete our online certification assessment.
