The Association has taken the liberty of creating a Recommended Reading list on the books that have proven to be ‘the gold standard’ in the profession.
This selection was based on the collective experiences of seasoned hypnosis practitioners and educators. You’ll find more than 100 excellent choices that range from technique and theory to history.
Books are a rich source of information. Reading books on varied subjects imparts knowledge and increases your depth of understanding.
“Reading is to the mind what exercise is to the body.”
                  ~ Joseph Addison
The Recommended Reading list introduces you to new concepts and invites you to formulate new thoughts and ideas. It helps you distinguish patterns, solve problems and assimilate new information. It also broadens your perspective and challenges you to examine your beliefs.
While the Recommended Reading list is just a small sampling of the many wonderful books written on the subject of hypnotism, it’s a great starting point. We trust you’ll find the selections a worthy addition to your reading library.
“Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.”
                  ~ Nelson Mandela
